A Facility Built by the Community. Owned by the Community.
Where West Augustine Comes for Care
Facility Overview
The West Augustine Health & Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art medical facility located at 1300 Duval Street. It is the physical embodiment of WAHCDC's mission: build real infrastructure for real people.

Important distinction: WAHCDC is a community development corporation, not a clinic. We own the building. We facilitate the services. Four provider organizations operate within the facility, each bringing specialized care to a community that has long been underserved.

Addressing Health Disparities Where They Live
West Augustine has historically faced barriers to healthcare access. The Health & Wellness Center exists to close that gap — bringing primary care, behavioral health, wellness, and education directly into the neighborhood. No one should have to leave their community to receive quality care.
