Housing Services
The People Who Built This Community Deserve to Stay in It.
93 units. One purpose: keep this community whole.
Program Overview
WAHCDC's Housing Services program supports elderly residents, veterans, and legacy families through housing placement, advocacy, and long-term community stability initiatives. Our goal is to help residents access safe, affordable housing while ensuring they have the resources and support needed to remain rooted in the community they call home.

As housing costs continue to rise, WAHCDC works alongside community partners to connect residents with housing opportunities, advocate for their needs, and promote long-term housing stability so more families can continue building their future in West Augustine.
Legacy Housing
Priority access for those who've been here the longest
Legacy housing is not just a category — it's a commitment. Long-term West Augustine residents who have invested their lives in this community receive priority consideration for housing through WAHCDC.

This is a deliberate act of advocacy. While other neighborhoods lose their long-time residents to rising costs, West Augustine holds its own. Because when you protect the people who built a place, you protect the place itself.
